Really good Coffee Experience

The hotel considered my request for complimentary treats as my mom visited. We were greeted with delicious pastel de nata! The hotel shows great condition, and the staff are always available when you need help. Free coffee ☕️ from their brewery is a very cool touch. I also appreciated that there are readily accessible toilets.

I found the breakfast service to be slow , even though the food tasted great.

The hotel is situated two metro stops from Rossio, convenient. Tram 28 also stops right outside , offering easy access to various attractions. This location makes exploring the area quite simple.

The staff, and check-in was smooth. They allowed us to drop our bags well before the official check-in time. The breakfast service was very good , with attentive staff.

Our room was spacious and clean with all the necessary amenities provided. The decor mixed modern style with the architecture of an 18th-century palace. The hotel set back from main thoroughfares made it a quiet , relaxing place.

The breakfast was excellent , with quality fresh products setting us up for the day. They offer an excellent list of coffees to choose from. The courtyard is perfect for sipping a coffee from their on-site roastery.
